  • Physical & Chemical Separation: Design of high-capacity induced gas flotation (IGF) units, hydrocyclones, and automated chemical injection systems for advanced coagulation and flocculation.
  • Thermal Evaporation & Crystallization: Engineering zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) facilities using mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) for highly saline brines, severely reducing disposal footprint.
  • Membrane Filtration Systems: Integration of advanced Ultrafiltration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems tailored for harsh industrial environments, ensuring maximum water recovery for reuse.

Automated Water Lifecycle Management

Effective water treatment requires constant vigilance over highly variable inlet conditions. ACP Group applies its systems integration expertise to build intelligent water management facilities. We deploy advanced in-line sensors—measuring turbidity, ORP, and specific conductivity—linked to robust Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

This automation allows the plant to dose treatment chemicals dynamically, optimize filtration backwash cycles, and immediately divert off-spec water before it contaminates clean storage tanks or downstream processes, drastically reducing operator intervention and chemical waste.

Reducing the Environmental Footprint

Disposing of produced water via deep-well injection is becoming environmentally contentious and economically prohibitive. ACP Group’s engineering focuses on the circular economy.
